AACTA Awards: ‘Lion’ e ‘Top of the Lake’ dominano le vittorie del premio australiano

Tra il settore cinematografico e televisivo, Nicole Kidman conquista ulteriori award anche in patria, dove gli AACTA, il più prestigioso dei premi australiani, l’hanno premiata ieri come miglior attrice non protagonista, per la sua performance in Lion di Garth Davis, che in Australia è approdato a gennaio 2017, e miglior attrice non protagonista in un dramma televisivo, per Top of the Lake: China Girl.

Il film di Davis, conquista tutti gli altri premi principali, tra cui film, regia, attore protagonista e non protagonista, e allo stesso modo la serie di Jane Campion sul versante televisivo vincendo come miglior serie drammatica,  miglior attrice protagonista a Elisabeth Moss e attore non protagonista. Premiato anche il regista Phillip Noyce, con il Longford Lyell Award alla carriera, e l’attore Simon Baker.
